Based on this model, we simulate and design a custom correction profile tailored precisely to your unique optical characteristics. The surgical procedure is performed in the same manner as traditional LASIK or LASEK, but with the added precision of a customized treatment plan using Alcon’s Sightmap diagnostic system, which analyzes even higher-order aberrations (HOAs).
